1. Service Overview

E-Signature App provides an electronic signature platform that allows users to upload document assets (PDFs, images) to process legally binding signatures securely.

2. License to Process Content

By uploading documents to E-Signature App, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, and securely process your assets solely for the purpose of providing the e-signature services you request.

3. Document Processing Limitations

You acknowledge that:

• The app relies on the quality of the uploaded documents.
• We cannot verify the physical identity of the signer outside of the authentication factors provided.
• The electronic signature provided is a digital token and its legal validity depends on the respective jurisdiction's laws.

4. Prohibited Content

Users are strictly prohibited from uploading documents or prompts that contain:

• Personally identifiable information of third parties without consent.
• Illegal or offensive material.
• Fraudulent contracts or non-consensual forged signatures.

5. Subscription & Credits

Access to advanced signature workflows may require a subscription or the purchase of processing credits. All sales are final, and refunds are subject to our refund policy as outlined in the mobile application store terms.

6. Modification of Services

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features of E-Signature App at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes that affect your stored data or active subscriptions.
