By accessing or using E-Signature App applications and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This includes the use of our document upload tools and electronic signature platform.

2. User Representations

When you upload documents for signing, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have the legal right or permission to use and sign the documents provided.
  • Your use of the service does not violate any local laws or third-party rights.
  • You will not use the service to process documents for illegal, fraudulent, or malicious purposes.

3. Use of Electronic Signatures

Our e-signature module allows you to sign and request signatures on documents. You agree that:

  • Electronic signatures applied through our platform are legally binding in supported jurisdictions.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the document content before signing or requesting signatures.
  • E-Signature App is not liable for the content of the signed documents or disputes arising from the underlying agreements.

4. Intellectual Property

E-Signature App owns all rights to the underlying software and cryptographic systems used to facilitate electronic signatures. You are granted a limited, personal license to use these tools for managing your documents.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided "as is." While we strive for high-availability and secure document processing, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or completely error-free at all times.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use E-Signature App to:

  • Decompile or reverse engineer our signature systems or software.
  • Use automated systems to process large volumes of documents without prior authorization.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of our operating jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with local legal practices.
