End User License Agreement

1. License Grant

E-Signature App hereby grants you a PERSONAL, NON-EXCLUSIVE, NON-TRANSFERABLE, REVOCABLE license to install and use the E-Signature App application (the "Software") on your compatible devices, strictly in accordance with these terms.

2. Document Ownership

When you process and sign documents using our platform:

• You retain ownership and the copyright to your uploaded documents and the signed output.
• You agree to grant E-Signature App a limited license to process and securely store the documents ONLY as necessary to provide the signature services for you.

3. Prohibited Uses

Under this license, you SHALL NOT:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our electronic signature models or software.
• Bypass any technical measures we use to secure documents or prevent unauthorized access.

4. Modification and Updates

E-Signature App may provide mandatory updates to the app to improve signature accuracy, introduce new compliance features, or fix security vulnerabilities. Continued use of the Software after an update constitutes acceptance of the new version.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall E-Signature App be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to document loss or errors in signature processing.

6. Termination of Agreement

This EULA is effective until terminated by you or E-Signature App. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete any copies in your possession.
